In this position, the selected candidate will earn experience moving construction projects through all phases from concept to completion and will receive direct mentoring from seasoned construction managers. Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with project manager and project team leaders to assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of project plans, purchasing activities, submittal reviews, and project schedules. \nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nCurrently pursuing a B.S. in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.\n\nInterest and passion for optimizing buildings and the construction industry.\n\nPrevious construction internship experience is a plus.\n\nSolution based problem solver.\n\nAbility to work with and grow in a team environment\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nProficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, AutoCAD or MicroStation\n\nPhysically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains.\n\nAbility to repetitively stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surface\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
