Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across IT Operations, other IT teams, and external stakeholders.\nOversee enterprise infrastructure, including networks, systems, data storage, internet connectivity, security controls, etc. ensuring reliability, performance, availability, and compliance.\nEstablish, monitor, and improve operational metrics, service levels, standards, procedures, and documentation to drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.\nDirect selection, implementation, enhancement, and support of business technologies and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs.\nPartner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, etc. to implement and maintain security architecture, controls, and operational safeguards.\nDevelop and manage operational and capital budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and alignment with business priorities.\nBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional IT services.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nMust have a very technical background with deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, disaster recovery, security technologies, and performance management.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.\nProven leadership experience managing large IT teams with the ability to inspire collaboration, accountability, and high performance.\nDemonstrated experience managing large-scale IT operations, service delivery, operational processes, and technology initiatives.\nExperience developing and managing operational and capital budgets aligned to organizational goals.\nAI experience is positive.\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nITIL experience and certification is preferred.\n*At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.\n*Dewberry is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
