Dewberry does not compensate third party recruiters for unsolicited job placement candidate information.\nResponsibilities\nPerform zoning code research, site feasibility and due diligence studies.\nAssist with preparation of rezoning and conditional use plans.\nPrepare site construction plans including site design, grading design and storm drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, landscape plans, and associated details.\nPreparation of associated calculations, and reports.\nPrepare renders for presentations. Candidate must have excellent hand drawing skills, but also be familiar with digital technologies/techniques such as Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Rhino and D5 is a plus, but not required.\nWorking on multidisciplinary design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.\nMay also conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nBachelors in Landscape Architecture is required at a minimum.\nPrevious internship experience is desired.\nExperience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office is required.\nExperience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, GIS/ArcView and Power Point.\nMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
