Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\nResponsibilities\nSite/civil development including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, and erosion and sediment control design.\nProviding assistance and support to engineers for associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.\nWorking on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.\nMay also conduct code research, assembling submittal packages, reviewing municipal checklists, writing specifications, and obtain permitting.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nB.S. in Civil Engineering required.\nPrevious internship experience preferred.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required.\nMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nDon’t meet every single requirement? The insurance package includes: medical, dental, vision, and supplemental life. Additional insurances, at no cost to the employee: life (employee only), accidental death and dismemberment, business travel and accident, and short- and long-term disability are also provided.
