As paeam, you will work on a variety of project types and be instrumental in the growth and development of the off\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for:\n10 + years of experience, with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector work.\nLicensed Architect required.\nProficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Google SketchUp.\nDemonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.\nCollaborative approach to all aspects of the practice.\nExpert knowledge of local code requirements and ability to efficiently interface with agencies having jurisdiction.\nConfident and effective interpersonal and time management skills.\nComfortable participating in Business Development and marketing activities.\nResponsible for developing scope / fees and managing project budget, client/consultant invoices, agreements and contracts.\nResponsible for managing project team(s); advises Architect in Responsible Charge/ Office Director of resource and schedule needs.\nDevelops proposals with assistance of PIC(s) and/or Architect in Responsible Charge/Office Director; Participates in client interviews and development of marketing collateral.\nReviews and assures document accuracy for client(s), consultant(s) and project team(s).\nResponsible for QA/QC processes coordination and compliance with the office’s Quality Advocate and Architect of Record; evaluates and assures intent of recommendations are implemented; assures “lessons learned” are communicated to all staff.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nHow will you do this?\nWork closely with the Office Leadership to diversify and expand the Company and office Portfolio.\nWork closely with Clients, managing relationships and day-to-day individual project needs.\nWork closely with internal Teams to conceptualize, design and produce project documentation.\nParticipate in Business Development and Marketing activities, independently and in conjunction with others, including RFPs and Interview.\nWork directly with new & existing Clients to develop and maintain robust relationships, including day-to-day Project Management for key project.\nSupervise internal teams in the preparation of design deliverables for all phases of design.\nSet, monitor and maintain project budgets, work plans, and schedules through all phases of the design process. \nThe projected range for this position is $108,000-$139,000 annually.
