Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead electric and gas utility, energy, and renewable site/civil infrastructure projects from feasibility and planning through design, engineering, permitting and construction.\nServe as a primary client contact, facilitating project meetings and coordinating with stakeholders, agencies, and project teams.\nPrepare and review site/civil engineering/technical plans, reports and calculations\nManage multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.\nOversee permitting efforts and regulatory approvals with local, state, and federal agencies.\nProvide technical leadership and conduct QA/QC reviews of project deliverables.\nMonitor project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance.\nSupport business development efforts, including proposals, pursuits, and client relationship management.\nMentor junior staff and collaborate with teams across Dewberry offices.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.\nProfessional licensure in NJ, MA, PA (or ability to obtain within 18 months).\nStrong communication and leadership skills.\nDemonstrated experience leading permitting efforts and coordinating with regulatory agencies. \n10+ years of experience producing and managing site/civil project deliverables, including QA/QC reviews, client coordination, and working with multidisciplinary design teams. \nExperience facilitating project meetings, stakeholder workshops, and agency coordination meetings.\nJoin Dewberry and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
