The successful candidate will work on all phases of Transportation Projects primarily for Caltrans and other public agencies. and will lead with mentoring and managing the Fresno staff. This position offers potential for professional growth in a great working environment and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to assist our clients in solving their most challenging problems.\nResponsibilities\nThe ideal candidate will have established client contacts, technical, managerial, and market access responsibilities to lead the execution of project work and implement business strategy to develop new client work and maintain existing client relationships. Candidate must have a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of civil design experience. Prior experience with local transportation agencies and clients between Bakersfield and Merced is desirable. The work required by the successful candidate is diverse and requires strong communication and management skills, in addition to:\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required\nCalifornia Professional Engineer (PE) License required.\n10+ years of experience in transportation engineering required.\nAbility to work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff.\nAbility to compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communication.\nAbility to handle multiple concurrent projects.\nKnowledge of local clients is preferred.\nExcellent oral and written communications skills\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
