Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.\nResponsibilities\nManaging roadway design projects for GDOT and municipalities.\nRoadway design technical leadership.\nPreparing plans, specifications, and bid packages.\nCoordination with other design professionals and disciplines\nMonitoring budgets, schedules, and quality.\nPreparing invoices and progress reports.\nCollaboration with team members on marketing new projects.\nInterfacing with clients through project meetings, pursuit meetings, and professional society involvement.\nCollaborating with other Dewberry offices on design and design-build projects.\nExercising ethical decision-making and adhering to the Dewberry Code of Conduct.\nUpholding workplace safety and abiding by Dewberry’s health and safety, and harassment policies.\nRequired Skills & Required Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Master's in Transportation preferred.\n7+ years of progressive roadway design experience, preferably in Georgia.\nGeorgia PE license.\nProficiency with OpenRoads Designer and MicroStation.\nGeorgia DOT project management or key team lead experience following their Plan Development Process.\nGDOT Plan Development Process certification.\nGeorgia DOT and Georgia local government design experience.\nEnergetic with ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
