This team gets involved early in the customer implementation journey, and you'll be focused on doing full website refreshes and building out new functionality. You will also help the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, and mentoring and modelling engineering best practices.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead multiple projects end-to-end.\nCreate high-quality, user-focused experiences with React and Node.\nBe actively involved with building and maintaining our new component library.\nParticipate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (GIT)\nRaise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments.\nAvailability to diagnose and resolve production-impacting issues and maintain the code as needed.\nBe customer-centric in style and approach, with a genuine desire to create and deliver value for customers throughout the project and deliver an outstanding customer experience.\nProactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to present to senior leadership for evaluation and risk mitigation.\nAdopt and evangelise the DexCare implementation methodology and provide ongoing input to maintain and enhance our methodology.\nSupport organisation initiatives to enhance and expand our team's knowledge and our documentation.\nParticipate in on-call rotation.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with 5+ years of related experience.\n5+ years of experience in supporting client process optimisation and change management.\nSuperior communications skills.\nStrong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency and experience working with JavaScript ES5 or later, CSS, and at least one frontend framework such as React, Angular and/or Vue.\nCollaborative mindset, with solid written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity and ability to work with the back-end technologies and databases are a plus but not required.\n\nPreferred Experience: \nExpert skills with TypeScript, JavaScript, and SCSS.\nPassion for learning and working with new technologies.\nStrong understanding of design.\nProduct development experience building large-scale web applications.\nExperience designing and developing highly scalable consumer-facing web applications.\nCare deeply about writing
