You'll also be part of a supportive team that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, making it a great place to develop your career and grow into future leadership opportunities.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and EHS requirements.\nYou will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, infrastructure, and facility equipment.\nYou will conduct routine inspections and daily walkthroughs to identify safety risks, defects, and maintenance issues.\nYou will coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.\nYou will create, update, and maintain work orders, maintenance records, reports, and documentation in IBM Maximo, Smartsheet or other maintenance management systems.\nYou will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring building systems, including automatic doors, shutters, lifts, escalators, and dock levelers.\nYou will prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Request for Quotation (RFQ), purchase requests, and procurement documentation for maintenance-related services and materials.\nYou will support facility improvement initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and root cause analysis to enhance operational performance and reliability.\nYou will maintain good housekeeping standards and collaborate with Facilities Operations, Soft Services, and key stakeholders to support daily site operations.\nYou will provide timely updates on maintenance activities, issues, and project progress to management and perform additional duties as assigned.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou must have Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
