This role sits within the Enterprise Applications Team and plays a key part in supporting, enhancing, and delivering solutions within our application ecosystem.\nThis is a blended operational support and project delivery role. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for ERP integrations while balancing production support, business enhancements, and project initiatives. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to business-critical issues, and contribute to ongoing transformational projects in a fast-paced global environment.\nWhere You Come In\nAs an Enterprise Applications Developer - Integrations you will:\nYou act as the functional subject matter expert for Integrations and related business processes.\nYou support business users by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents, service requests, and process issues.\nYou work closely with business analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.\nYou support Enterprise Applications Financials modules, including: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Financial Reporting.\nYou support end-to-end business processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscapes.\nYou partner with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects, enhancements, and system improvements.\nYou participate in solution design workshops, functional analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nYou support SIT, UAT, defect triage, release activities, and hypercare as required.\nYou contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive adoption of best practices.\nYou build strong relationships with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for Integrations and Finance systems and processes.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nYou have extensive experience supporting and configuring enterprise applications and integrations across Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Financials, Billing, and CRM ecosystems, including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.\nYou possess strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies such as Oracle or SAP and architectures, including REST, SOAP, JSON, FBDI, Kafka, Canonical Data Models, and event-driven integration patterns.\nYou demonstrate a proven ability to balance production support, enhancements, and project delivery, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nYou apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex application, integration, and SCM-related issues.\nYou build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders across global organizations.\nYou operate with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and self-direction while maintaining quality and delivering results with minimal supervision.\nYou possess a solid understanding of ERP governance, change management, release processes, and operational best practices within large-scale enterprise environments.\nYou bring experience supporting global and highly regulated organizations, with exposure to multinational business environments, enterprise integrations, and healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industries preferred.\nWorking Environment\nThis role combines operational support and project delivery responsibilities. While project work is a significant component of the position, production support remains an essential responsibility.
