The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nMeet the team:\nWe are the IT Network Ops team at Dexcom, supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that connects employees across the enterprise. Our team builds and maintains modern workplace solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role is ideal for an early-career or developing technologist who wants to grow hands-on skills in low-code application development, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity solutions while working with experienced developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.\nWhere you come in:\nAssist with the design, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and basic Power BI reports.\nBuild and update low-code/no-code business applications under guidance from senior team members, following established development standards, governance practices, and documentation requirements.\nSupport workflow automation efforts by gathering requirements, mapping business processes, creating basic cloud flows, testing automations, and helping troubleshoot issues.\nHelp maintain SharePoint and Teams environments by assisting with permissions, content organization, site configuration, and user support requests.\nParticipate in the development of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder use cases by helping document requirements, test prompts, validate outputs, and support solution rollout activities.\nCollaborate with business users, IT team members, and solution owners to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate feedback into application enhancements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, user guides, and training materials for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.\nMonitor solution performance and usage, assist with issue resolution, and escalate complex technical problems to senior developers, administrators, or platform owners as appropriate.\nWhat makes you successful:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; internships, academic projects, certifications, or early professional experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform are valued.\nFoundational experience with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Copilot Studio.\nBasic understanding of low-code development concepts, data structures, forms, workflows, permissions, and application testing.\nExposure to SharePoint lists, libraries, site pages, Power Apps canvas apps, automated cloud flows, or Power BI dashboards through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.\nInterest in AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt design, and AI Builder; prior hands-on experience is a plus but not required.\nWillingness to learn Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, connectors, APIs, Azure services, PowerShell, and application lifecycle management practices.\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity for identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.\nClear communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders in a supportive, team-oriented environment.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
