The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nMeet the team:\nThe Sensor Design and Characterization group within the Research and Development (R&D) organization is dedicated to the design and development of cutting-edgesensor technologies, guiding them from initialconcept through to commercialization. These innovations are essential to improving the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of CGM systems. Our multidisciplinary team brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment that drives creative problem-solving and breakthrough solutions.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will design and conduct benchtop and in-vivoexperiments to evaluate existing and emerging CGM technologies atthecomponent, sensor subassembly,and full system levels.\n\nYou will collaborate with management and project leaders to align onproject objectives, timelines, and deliverables.\n\nYou will develop, standardize, and validateelectrochemical bench test methods, including delivering test protocols and specifications, providing justification for engineering controls, and preparing comprehensive test reports.\n\nYou will coordinate R&D sensor builds, equipment procurement, and related assignments.\n\nYou will apply statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, assess system performance, and identifykey parameters.\n\nYou will partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones efficiently, proactively addressing dependencies.\n\nYou will present findings through oral presentations and written reports to peers and management.\n\nYou will contribute to intellectual property development by drafting inventiondisclosures.\n\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou have a B.S. in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nYou have a technical background in electrochemistry or biosensors.\n\nYou have hands-on experience working in a wet laboratory environment.\n\nYou demonstratestrong analytical thinking, test method development, and problem-solving skills.\n\nYou have experience with software toolssuch as JMP, MATLAB, Python, or SolidWorks.\n\nYou possessa strongwork ethicand excellent organizational skills.\n\nYou can effectively work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nYou have excellent scientific communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively.\n\nWhat you’llget: (this section should not be modified)\nA front row seat to life changingCGM technology.
