If so, then we have an opening for you!\nUnder the direction of the Engineering Supervisor, the Process Technician 3 will provide support to engineers in analysing data across the production lines. These duties include supporting cross functional equipment deployment teams while working with outside suppliers to meet equipment specifications and timelines.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will retrieve and analyse engineering data such as yield performance results.\nYou will test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test equipment\nYou will operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.\nYou will analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation\nYou will perform operational test and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.\nYou will carry out activities in equipment development under supervision of the project engineer. These activities include the assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes and/or electronics, completing engineering studies and validations.\nYou will follow Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.\nYou will assume and perform other duties as assigned.\nYou will perform all assigned tasks with appropriate safety requirements.\nYou will update equipment related documentations (manuals, drawings, and specifications) as needed.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou are experienced with problem solving methodologies such as A3s, 5 whys etc.\nYou have previous experience with Minitab and Tableau.\nYou have previous experience of supporting IQs and OQs.\nAbility to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications\nAbility to write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers and managers\nExperience with process improvement projects i.e. improving yields, reducing downtime\nProven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills\nKnowledge of high reliability, high volume manufacturing equipment and processes\nTechnical writing skills as applied to manufacturing documentation and process development - Experienced in the creation and revision of technical documentation\nEducation Requirements:\nTypically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
