The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nStart Date: November 2026\nReporting To: Production Supervisor\nShift Premium: 30%\nShift Pattern:\n12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)\n4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off\nWorking Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays\nAs a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2), you play a critical role in producing Dexcom’s life-changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. Operating within a cleanroom environment, you will work with semi-automated and fully automated equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.\nThis role suits individuals with medical device or regulated manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.\nWhere you come in (essential duties & responsibilities):\nOperate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.\nCarry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes as required.\nPerform precise, dexterity-based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.\nPerform in-process checks to ensure product quality.\nComplete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.\nFollow all GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.\nReport any deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.\nWork closely with supervisors and team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth shift handovers.\nSupport a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nAchieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.\nDemonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardised processes.\nWhat makes you successful:\nLeaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).\n2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.\nComfort with repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks.\nGood computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.\nReliable, adaptable, and team oriented.\nExcellent communication skills\nRole Requirements\nHigh level of dexterity and attention to detail is essential\nMust be eligible to work in Ireland\nBe punctual, complete task efficiently\nPlease note: shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a dexterity assessment as part of the interview process.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
