If you’re energized by shaping commercial data strategy and creating tools that directly enable growth, you’ll feel right at home, and we are excited to have you join our team!\nWhere you come in:\nMaintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.\nMonitor customer data quality and perform data cleansing activities.\nAnalyze customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and insights.\nProduce regular performance reports.\nAssist with CRM system administration, user support, and troubleshooting and training for field based teams.\nSupport customer journey mapping and lifecycle management initiatives, evolving into campaign analytics.\nWork with field based teams and marketing to improve CRM processes.\nHelp implement CRM enhancements, automation, and system improvements in collaboration with the EMEA and global teams.\nEnsure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou have experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European/ UK commercial organizations and expertise working with MedTech / Pharmaceutical CRM and salesforce effectiveness data.\nWorking knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce) and desirable experience of leveraging Iqvia OneKey.\nYou have a proven ability to support field based team in leveraging CRM capabilities, understanding how technical functionalities translate into everyday use.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.\nAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to organise and prioritise multiple tasks.\nCurious and data-driven mindset.\nCollaborative team player.\nBasic knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, CRM reporting tools).\nYou bring strong communication skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.\nYou balance adherence to clear standards, governance, and cadence while retaining flexibility to tailor solutions based on changing market needs.\nWhat you’ll get:\n· A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
