If so, then we have an opening for you!\nOur Engineering team is looking for the right team member to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site in Athenry. As a Senior Process Engineer (Chemistry), you will apply proven engineering principles to implement, characterize, improve, and validate manufacturing processes used in scaling up new or existing products.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will develop and lead the execution of Design of Experiments (DOEs) in Dexcom’s manufacturing processes\nYou will develop SME knowledge on CQAs, CPPs and CMAs of Dexcom’s manufacturing processes\nYou will work on analytical test method development for raw material and finished product characterization\nYou will compile, trend, and evaluate test data to characterize process variables and define process limits\nYou will prepare technical documentation including protocols, reports, procedures, study summaries, and inputs to risk documentation such as pFMEAs.\nYou will be responsible for troubleshooting all equipment, raw material, process, or finished product line down issues that may occur in manufacturing operations\nYou will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, Software, and other Engineering teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation of new processes\nYou will participate in design reviews, process reviews, failure investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities for new and existing products/processes\nThis position assumes and performs other duties as assigned\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou will have a deep understanding of analytical test method development, validations, small molecule and polymer formulation development (or related)\nExperience with DOE, statistical analysis, data visualization, root cause analysis, or statistical software such as JMP, Minitab, Python, Excel, or equivalent tools is preferred.\nDemonstrated curiosity, ownership, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities\nStrong communication skills with the ability to write clear technical protocols, reports and procedures\nExperience and Education Requirements:\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years' experience. \nWhat you’ll get: (this section should not be modified)\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
