The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nStart Date: November 2026\nReporting To: Production Supervisor\nShift Premium: 30%\nShift Pattern:\nWorking Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays\n12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)\n4 on / 3 off, followed by 3 on / 4 off\nAs an MA3 (Senior Production Operator), you are an experienced, cross-trained operator and Subject Matter Expert supporting Dexcom’s cleanroom, automated, and semi-automated manufacturing lines. You ensure our CGM products are produced safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.\nWhere you come in (essential duties & responsibilities):\nSet up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.\nCarry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes as required.\nPerform material handling, inspections, quality checks, and data entry.\nRecognized as a Subject Matter Expert in key areas.\nTrain new associates and support cross-training programmes.\nSupport line leads and supervisors with communication, updates, and coaching.\nCompliance to all quality procedures; flag if any deviation noted.\nCompletion and maintenance of quality documentation as required for the manufacture of Medical devices (GMP requirements).\nComply with all safety requirements and operate in a safe manner.\nBuild strong working relationships that encourage teamwork and shared success.\nExperience and Education:\nLeaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).\n4-6 years medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience\nStrong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy\nExcellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work independently\nHigh dexterity and consistency required\nTraining/knowledge transfer skills required \nPlease note: shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a dexterity assessment as part of the interview process.\nWhat you’ll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
