The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nMeet the team:\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Manila, Philippines to support our growing organization and partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success. This role requires a dynamic, high-energy, and hands-on HR leader with strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nAs a member of our high-performing Human Resources team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across key areas including talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations. You will play a critical role in shaping a positive employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture that supports Dexcom's growth objectives.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders especially in Tech Support, providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, employee engagement, succession planning, and culture initiatives.\nYou will coach and influence leaders on all HR programs and processes, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, leadership development, career progression, and change management.\nYou will partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs, develop people strategies, and drive initiatives that enhance business performance and employee experience.\nYou are responsible to analyze workforce and HR metrics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations that support informed business decisions.\nYou will lead and manage complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and providing counsel to leaders while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.\nYou will drive talent management processes including succession planning, talent assessment, leadership capability development, and employee retention strategies.\nYou will lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders through business transformations, restructuring activities, and growth initiatives.\nYou will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations) to execute enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.\nYou are responsible to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.\nYou will ensure compliance with Philippines labor laws and company policies while mitigating organizational risk.\nYou will lead HR projects and strategic initiatives, driving execution through effective stakeholder management, prioritization, and change leadership.\nYou will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and practices to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou have strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, employee relations practices, and organizational development.\nYou have demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage HR data and insights to drive business decisions.\nYou have experience managing complex employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.\nYou have excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\nYou’re experienced in strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nYou are experienced in supporting organizational change, business transformation, and leadership development initiatives.\nYou have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nYou have experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.\nYou have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.\nYou are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
