In this highly visible role, you will bring together partners across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, and regional and country teams to deliver successful product launches, market expansions, and key initiatives across the Americas region.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will manage assigned commercialization programs, launch workstreams, feature releases, market expansions, portfolio initiatives, and product lifecycle transitions across the Americas region.\nYou will develop and maintain integrated commercial readiness and launch plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, dependency logs, readiness dashboards, and program updates for assigned initiatives.\nYou will coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and regional and country stakeholders.\nYou will facilitate working team meetings, readiness check-ins, and cross-functional operating rhythms while tracking deliverables, owners, dependencies, decisions, and critical-path activities.\nYou will support commercial readiness across pricing and market access, product setup, distribution planning, order-to-cash, forecasting, supply planning, sales enablement, customer support, and marketing deployment.\nYou will work downstream of product readiness teams to identify, assess, escalate, and help mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints that may impact commercial readiness.\nYou will partner with regional marketing and country teams to understand localization needs, country plans, launch sequencing, regional priorities, and global timeline dependencies.\nYou will maintain accurate reporting on program health, readiness status, action items, decisions, risks, and budget or resource impacts for assigned programs and workstreams.\nYou will contribute to improved launch frameworks, playbooks, templates, dashboards, tools, governance routines, and best practices.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou are a highly organized, influential leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously. \nYou bring strong program management capability across planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive communication. \nYou have experience leading complex cross-functional commercialization, product launch, or go-to-market initiatives. \nYou build strong stakeholder partnerships and influence effectively without direct authority. \nYou balance strategic thinking with operational rigor, creating visibility, accountability, and alignment across diverse stakeholders. \nYou anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans and corrective actions to protect launch timing, quality, compliance, and commercial readiness. \nYour proficiency with program management and reporting tools enables clear, accurate visibility into milestones, program health, and portfolio delivery. \nYou may also bring experience in medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, consumer health, or technology; multi-country commercialization; product development processes; and/or PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
