We value innovation, collaboration, and a results-oriented approach.\nWhere you come in:\nYou design and build iOS Apps and/or SDKs for medical devices, ensuring adherence to iOS platform guidelines.\nYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\nYou develop automated unit and integration tests to maintain software reliability.\nYou conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.\nYou participate in design, code, test case reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.\nYou interface with software test teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.\nYou prepare necessary documentation for SDK releases, such as release notes, sample apps and user guides.\nYou will continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency.\nYou ensure reliability, performance, memory use, power consumption and security of the iOS applications, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.\nYou mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou have relevant experience in iOS app development, with a strong focus on Swift & SwiftUI.\nYou have leadership experience\nYou have proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality iOS applications.\nYou have strong knowledge of iOS internals, iOS Bluetooth stack, BLE peripherals, offline storage, threading and performance tuning.\nYou have passion for collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and creating high-quality products.\nYou are proficient in code versioning tools like Git and familiar with continuous integration.\nYou have experience with RESTful APIs, data parsing, and integration of third-party libraries.\nYou have experience with feature toggling tools (e.g., Launch Darkly) and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, DataDog) is a plus.\nYou have experience mentoring junior engineers.\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nYour previous experience in the medical device industry or healthcare technology is a plus.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
