As a Senior Recruiter based, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor, combining market intelligence, advanced sourcing strategies and modern recruiting technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Fluency in English, Spanish and French is essential, as you will recruit and build stakeholder relationships professionally across all three languages.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, commercial and leadership positions across EMEA.\nYou will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.\nYou will lead intake discussions, clarify role requirements and use talent market insights to influence hiring decisions.\nYou will proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, CRM tools, social media and other sourcing channels.\nYou will use AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly to improve sourcing, personalize outreach, identify market trends and increase process efficiency while maintaining human judgment and candidate privacy.\nYou will build multilingual talent pipelines and targeted attraction campaigns that strengthen Dexcom's employer brand in key EMEA markets.\nYou will assess candidates, advise leaders on talent availability and compensation positioning, and deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.\nYou will use recruiting data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve processes and support workforce planning discussions.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou are fluent in English, Spanish and French and can confidently recruit, interview and partner with stakeholders in all three languages.\nYou bring strong full-cycle recruiting experience and can manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, international environment.\nYou are a consultative talent partner who can influence hiring managers and translate market information into practical recommendations.\nYou have proven expertise in passive sourcing and are comfortable using an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and AI-enabled recruiting tools.\nYou understand talent intelligence, market mapping, competitor research and recruiting analytics.\nYou build trusted relationships across cultures, functions and geographies while maintaining clear and timely communication.\nYou are committed to an inclusive hiring process and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.\nYour experience in medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or another regulated industry is preferred.\nWhat you'll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
