By building optimized schedules, managing schedule adherence to staffing requirements, and aligning coverage with forecasted demand, we help ensure operational readiness and consistency across all lines of business.\nAs a bridge between workforce planning and execution, we enable the business to run smoothly by ensuring the right coverage is in place ahead of time. We are part of Business Intelligence team and work closely with operational leaders to align staffing strategies, support agent experience through fair scheduling practices, and continuously improve how we manage capacity across the organization.\nIf you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with data to solve complex planning challenges, and want to make a direct impact on both operations and employee experience, this is the team for you.\nWhere You Come In:\nAs a Scheduler within the Resource Strategy & Optimization (RSO) team, you will:\nBuild and maintain workforce schedules across multiple lines of business, ensuring alignment\nwith forecasted demand and staffing requirements.\nOptimize schedules to balance business needs, coverage requirements, and agent preferences where possible.\nManage and execute scheduling processes including shift bids, schedule changes, and capacity adjustments.\nPartner closely with Real-Time Analysts and Forecasters to ensure planning assumptions translate effectively into execution.\nIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in schedules and recommend improvements to increase coverage accuracy and flexibility.\nSupport operational leaders by providing visibility into staffing plans and highlighting potential risks in advance.\nPlay a key role in maintaining stable, predictable operations through proactive planning and continuous schedule optimization.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nBring 3+ year of Workforce Management (WFM), Scheduling, Capacity Planning, or related workforce optimization experience.\nHave strong attention to detail when working with complex scheduling scenarios.
