The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.\nMeet the team:\nResponsible for day-to-day execution of chemical laboratory, ensuring efficient preparation, analysis, and management of chemical solutions while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Providing support in setting up the in-process testing line with the chemical solution prepared and ensuring zero setup error. Support other engineering activities that focus on improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will supervise and execute the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.\nYou will ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with OSHA, and other relevant regulations.\nYou collaborate with cross functional teams generally (Engineering, Manufacturing and QA) and US Solution Manufacturing team specifically to support the improvement and implementation focusing on wet solution preparations and perform checking to determine its quality.\nYou manage a team of Manufacturing Associates within a shift.\nYou manage inventory and supply to ensure uninterrupted production flow.\nYou are required to work any shift, including weekends.\nYou will direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for the operations.\nThis position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.\nWhat makes you successful:\nYou have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a combination of 5-8 years of related industrial experiences.\nYou have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.\nYou are familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.\nYou must have general computer skills.\nYou can write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence.\nYou are familiar with standard laboratory practices, specifically mixing and handling hazardous chemicals.\nYou have excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills.\nYou are well-organized, experienced in Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and able to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.\nYou have good learning attitude, teamwork spirit and work under pressure.\nYou have ability to finish the task assign within timelines and meet deadlines.\nTo all Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our Careers Site is only for individuals seeking a job at Dexcom.
