We are looking for a Trade Compliance Associate Analyst. This person will play a key role in managing and monitoring compliant cross-border transactions, while enabling decisions in support of a robust global supply chain. You will interact with diverse, inter-departmental experts in support of the accuracy and integrity required in LMW customs declarations. Let’s maximize Dexcom’s reach while minimizing risk.\nWhere you come in:\nYou will learn and apply international commerce required elements and analyze their use in Dexcom’s supply chain such as, the Harmonized Tariff System, Country of Origin determination and declaration, Incoterms and the government agencies interacting with customs in safeguarding the public and promoting economic growth.\nYou will thrive on process mapping, data extraction, analysis, and reporting.\nYou will support the trade compliance team and the logistics and distribution function, in inter-departmental projects with experts in supply chain, finance, manufacturing operations, tax, legal, regulatory.\nYou will identify and help drive scalable business solutions to minimize risk and maximize reach.\nYou will help develop and deploy training in pursuit of the solutions.\nYou will help monitor and audit performance within the supply chain\nWhat makes you successful:\nResponsible for the execution and oversight of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) operations, including ad-hoc applications, renewals, amendments, and ensuring strict adherence to Section 65/65A of the Customs Act 1967 and other Malaysian customs laws such as the SST Act and STA Act.\nThis role will play an active role in supporting the global E2open Restricted Party Screening (RPS) release, coordinating CTPAT audit activities, and managing the CARA process.\nThe position will manage more complex trade compliance matters, including involvement in impact assessment process, License warehouse compliance management, and resolution of escalated compliance issues.\nAbility to prepare and submit monthly and annual statements such as M1, M2, M, & Sub-Con.\nMaintain proper documentation for LMW activities, including inventory and customs records, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.\nManage customs declarations, classification, duty computation, and liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, MIDA, and other related agencies.\nUnderstanding international trade laws, Incoterms, customs regulations, import/export controls, sanctions, embargoes and country-specific trade compliance rules.\nAbility to analyze trade data, shipment documentation and Identify risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues proactively.\nPrecision in reviewing paperwork, classifications (tariff codes, HS codes), and licensing requirements\nWhat you’ll get:\nA front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
