大型 AI 项目、智能硬件量产项目或跨团队并发项目管理经验者优先。\n3. 专业技能 熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、深度学习等 AI 核心技术概念，掌握至少一种主流 AI 框架或 Python、Java 等开发语言; 精通敏捷、IPD 等项目管理方法论。\n4. 综合素养 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能向非技术团队或客户清晰讲解技术方案; 逻辑思维强，具备较强的责任心，抗压能力突出，可适应项目周期性出差或创业公司快节奏工作;
