岗位职责

  • 数据采集规则与标准制定，负责数采设备的数据采集规范制定，编写数据采集作业指导书（SOP），明确采集流程、操作步骤、注意事项与异常处理预案;
  • 数据质量管控体系建设，建立数据质量评估指标体系，制定数据质量检测标准与自动化检测流程;
  • 数据验收与归档，执行采集数据的逐包验收，出具数据质量报告，建立数据版本管理机制;
  • 数据采集执行与管理，管理数据采集团队（内部操作员或外包采集人员）;

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、测绘遥感、数据科学等相关专业
  • 3 年以上数据采集/数据质量管理/测试工程相关工作经验，有机器人或自动驾驶数据采集经验者优先
  • 熟悉常见传感器工作原理与数据特性：RGB/D 相机、LiDAR、IMU、编码器、力传感器
  • 了解数据采集的基本流程与质量控制方法，有 SOP 编写与执行经验
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效管理外包采集团队与跨部门协作

加分项

  • 有各类数采工具使用经验，熟悉 ROS / ROS 2 Bag 录制、回放与分析工具
  • 有数据标注项目管理经验，了解常见标注工具（LabelImg / CVAT / SegFormer）
