Enterprise Project Management Experience\nManaged projects valued above RM500k or involving multiple workstreams.\nExperience leading projects with 20+ stakeholders.\n4. Customer-Facing Project Management\nAble to lead workshops, walkthroughs, steering committees, and executive status meetings independently.\n5. Stakeholder Management\nExperience managing business users, IT teams, vendors, product owners, and senior management.\n6. RAID Management\nStrong experience managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Change Requests, and Escalations.\n7. Schedule & Critical Path Management\nAble to create and manage project plans, identify critical paths, track milestones, and drive recovery plans.\n8. Agile & Waterfall Delivery\nExperience managing sprint-based delivery while maintaining overall project governance.\n9. Vendor & Resource Management\nExperience managing Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, QA, and external vendors.\n10. Excellent Communication Skills\nAble to prepare executive reports, meeting minutes, project status updates, and customer communications.\n\nPreferred Requirements\n11. Telco Industry Experience\nEnterprise Sales, Lead-to-Order, Product Catalogue, CRM, CPQ, Order Management, or Telecom operations.\n12. Integration Project Experience\nExperience managing API, Middleware, SAP, Billing, Outlook, SSO, or third-party integrations.\n13. Salesforce Certifications\nSalesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or PMP/PRINCE2 certification.\n14. UAT & Change Management Experience\nExperience planning demos, training, UAT execution, defect management, and business sign-offs.\n15.
