Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry, delivering a plug-and-play platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises, and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI.\nIf you want to help shape the next layer of human capability - and believe the future of robotics should be built together, not in isolation - we'd love to build it with you.\nThe Role\nYou'll build and run the physical operations layer of the company: how material comes in, how it gets tracked, how it reaches the engineer who needs it, and how finished robots get out the door and to a customer in one piece. Today that means inventing the system. Later it means running and scaling it.\nThis is a hands-on job. You'll be on the floor, in the lab, and on the loading dock.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end logistics, shipping, and inventory operations, including inbound receiving, material tracking and storage, parts kitting for robot builds, and domestic and international customer shipments.\nInventory and materials management\nDesign and run our inventory system end to end - part numbering, bin and location schemes, receiving, put-away, and cycle counts\n\nOwn inventory accuracy across labs and warehouses, and establish the accuracy targets we hold ourselves to\n\nKit parts for robot builds and get them to the right bench at the right time\n\nManage consumables and reorder points, including fasteners, cabling, adhesives, PPE, and ESD supplies\n\nTrack tools and lab equipment, including calibration schedules and preventative maintenance\n\nLab operations\nSet and enforce lab organization standards - labeled storage, bench discipline, 5S, and clean-as-you-go\n\nOwn ESD compliance and lab safety practices\n\nHandle battery and hazmat storage in line with our lithium-ion safety requirements\n\nSupport lab buildouts, including new benches, test stations, and equipment installations\n\nLogistics and customer shipping\nCoordinate inbound materials and outbound shipments with engineering teams, suppliers, carriers, and our Seoul office\n\nOwn outbound robot shipments end to end, domestic and international\n\nDesign and source crating and packaging, including shock mounting, tip and impact indicators, and reusable versus one-way packaging\n\nManage freight forwarders and carriers; quote and book LTL, FTL, and air freight; select Incoterms\n\nPrepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS classification, and certificates of origin\n\nMaintain serial-number-level tracking and as-shipped configuration records for every unit\n\nHandle cargo insurance and damage claims\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years in hardware lab operations, materials management, or logistics at a hardware, robotics, or capital equipment company\n\nDirect experience with inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments\n\nYou've built or meaningfully improved an inventory system, not just operated one someone else designed\n\nComfortable around engineering hardware - you can read a BOM, understand why a part revision matters, and handle prototypes without damaging them\n\nHigh bar for organization and accuracy, and willing to hold other people to it\n\nAble to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for much of the day\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent hazmat / dangerous goods certification for lithium batteries (49 CFR ground, IATA DGR air).
