Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry, delivering a plug-and-play platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises, and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI.\nIf you want to help shape the next layer of human capability - and believe the future of robotics should be built together, not in isolation - we'd love to build it with you.\nThe Role\nYou are the person who makes our robot make sense to someone seeing it for the first time.\nThat means running live demos at our office, on customer floors, and on the show floor at trade events - setting the robot up, driving it through a task list that maps to what the customer actually cares about, and answering the hard technical questions in the room. When something goes wrong mid-demo, and it will, you are the one who keeps talking, diagnoses it in real time, and gets the robot back on task.\nBetween demos, you work with our sales team to scope pilots, respond to technical questions in deals, and bring what you hear from customers back to engineering. You will be one of the few people who sees the full arc from first handshake to deployed robot.\nThis is a hands-on hardware job. You will be lifting crates, running cable, and debugging on a concrete floor as often as you are in a conference room.\nResponsibilities\nRun technical demos for prospects, partners, and press - at our facility, at customer sites, and at industry events\n\nOwn demo readiness: robot setup, calibration, task scripting, teardown, shipping, and field repair\n\nBuild and maintain a demo library that shows our capabilities against real customer use cases\n\nJoin sales calls as the technical voice - answer questions on payload, reach, cycle time, safety, integration, and deployment\n\nScope and support pilot deployments: define success criteria, configure the robot, train customer operators\n\nStaff booths at trade shows, including multi-day events with long hours on your feet\n\nFeed structured customer feedback to product and engineering - what people ask for, what breaks, what confuses them\n\nWrite the technical collateral sales needs: demo scripts, spec one-pagers, integration FAQs\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n1-5 years of hands-on experience with physical robots - industry, research lab, or a serious competition team (FRC, RoboCup, Robomaster, ROS-based projects, university robotics lab, etc.)\n\nDegree in robotics, automation, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or CS - or equivalent hands-on track record\n\nProficient in Python - you can script a demo sequence, automate a repetitive setup step, parse logs, and pull data off the robot without waiting on an engineer\n\nComfort with ROS/ROS 2, teleoperation, and reading logs to diagnose a problem under time pressure\n\nYou can explain a technical system to a non-technical buyer without either dumbing it down or losing them\n\nGenuine composure in front of an audience -
