meet operational demands. \n\nProcurement and Sourcing Oversight:Oversee sourcing activities to ensure timely identification of suppliers and products. \nEnsure supplier quotations are obtained and evaluated appropriately. \nMonitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. \nSupport negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions. \n\nLogistics and Delivery Management:Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. \nMonitor shipment schedules and logistics activities. \nAddress operational delays and implement corrective actions. \nCoordinate with vendors, freight providers, and customers regarding deliveries. \n\nPricing and Cost Control:Review pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness. \nEnsure quotations are prepared accurately and within agreed timelines. \nMonitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. \nSupport the Sales Team with pricing information and operational input. \n\nCustomer Service and Project Coordination:Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer requirements are met. \nEnsure customer orders are processed and executed efficiently. \nResolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction. \nMonitor project and order progress from initiation to completion. \n\nQuality Management and Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. \nSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards and quality management systems. \nParticipate in internal and external audits. \nEnsure operational records and documentation are properly maintained. \n\nReporting and Performance Monitoring:Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. \nTrack operational KPIs and performance metrics. \nProvide recommendations for process improvements. \nReport operational challenges and opportunities to management\n\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum qualification of BSc.\n3 years of previous experience in a similar role.\n\nLocation: Lekki,
