This role plays a critical part in maintaining production continuity by managing supplier orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and resolving supply issues.\nWorking closely with the Sourcing Specialist and cross functional teams, the Buyer ensures that materials and outsourced assemblies are available to meet production plans, while maintaining quality, cost, and inventory targets in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.\nResponsibilities: \nCreate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and outsourced assemblies in line with production schedules\nCommunicate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, delivery dates, and shipment details\nExpedite or defer orders as needed to align with changing demand and production priorities\nMonitor supplier performance on delivery and responsiveness, and escalate issues when required\nCollaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy\nSupport onboarding of new suppliers and contract manufacturers by setting up purchasing and transactional processes\nTrack and resolve supply issues, including shortages, delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies\nSupport cost control initiatives by identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nExperience:\n3 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience purchasing direct materials or managing suppliers in a manufacturing setting\nFamiliarity with outsourced assemblies or contract manufacturing environments\nWorking knowledge of Incoterms, logistics, and international purchasing\nBenefits\nStarting from the interview process and continuing into your career with us, you will be working by our four Operating Principles:\nPerformance: High standards, outstanding results,\nImpact: Big challenges, bigger results\nCommitment: All in, every time\nOne team: One mission, shared success\nJoining our team and company isn't just about expertise; it's about embracing uncertainty with ambition.
