We will look for you to help create and shape the future of logistics solutions through our products, our culture and our shared vision. \nWe have a new opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer within our dedicated Service Operations team.\nYou will first complete comprehensive training in the electro-mechanical assembly of Dexory’s products, spending an allocated period within the Production team (3 months*) to learn all about our fabulous robots. Then after satisfactory completion within production you will have the opportunity to move over to the Service Operations Department where you will learn the fundamentals of troubleshooting, servicing & repairing robots.\nWhen you are up to speed - the magic happens! You will be tasked with ensuring our fleet of robots stay operational across several continents. With a heavy amount of travel to international client sites you will service, maintain, fault find and repair our robots in the field.\n*Completion of this training will be determined by a committee from the leadership team.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to;\nPerform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment\nDevelop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks\nDevelop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations\nMaintain product traceability records\nMaintain product currency\nEnsure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure team compliance with health and safety regulations\nFulfill additional duties, whether functional or administrative, as assigned by management in a fair and reasonable manner\nRequirements:\nIn excess of five years experience in electromechanical assembly and service in a precision industry (including Motorsport, Aerospace, Railway, Automotive etc)\nAbility for frequent travel onsite and abroad to client sites (have a passport without restrictions)\nStrong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nImpeccable attention to detail\nAbility to work in a team, and to lead a team through tough challenges\nDriven to succeed in dynamic growing organisation\nFlexible attitude to working hours and location\nFull Clean UK driving license\nIt would be desirable if you also had experience with:\nBusiness software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack and G-Suite\nManufacturing software such as manufacturing execution systems\nLinux operating system experience\nRoot cause analysis methodologies\n*We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent.
