Turn fleet data into fixes.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health.\nAnalyse incident and telemetry data to find recurring failures and leading indicators.\nInvestigate degradation signals and turn them into alerts or engineering tickets.\nAudit fleet configuration, detect drift, drive it back to baseline, and simplify the configuration so drift is harder to create in the first place.\nTrack component-level health and feed preventive maintenance intervals and the monthly fleet health report.\nProduce clear evidence packs for engineering and hardware decisions: what is failing, how often, where, and what it costs.\nFeed findings into playbooks so Robot Support can act on them.\nWork with Robot Support and Commissioning to close the loop between what fails in the field and what we check before robots ship.\nYou'll need\nA few years of engineering experience in a data-heavy, operational or reliability role.\nData skills: Python, time-series analysis, and building dashboards people actually use.\nLinux and log analysis, and enough ROS to interpret what a robot was doing when it failed - or the clear appetite to learn it quickly.\nCuriosity and persistence - most of the value is in noticing what nobody reported.\nClear written communication; findings nobody can read do not get fixed.\nMeasured on.
