You'll keep delivery running smoothly day to day, turn validated insights into live product features, and build the systems that let us scale.\nWhat you'll do\nKeep research delivery running\nOwn day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management\nCoordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research and partnership teams\nSupport on-site field studies, getting close to the operators and warehouses we build for\nBuild the systems that help us scale\nShape how we work: intake and briefing processes, workstack tracking, debrief templates, documentation, incentives and scheduling\nRun and evolve our Notion Hub and Slack channels, so insights travel easily across teams\nHelp build workflows, tooling and automation that scale our delivery and reporting\nTurn newly greenlit product bets into repeatable delivery processes\nTurn insight into impact\nWith the Lead and Analyst, capture and catalogue insights as clear, presentation-ready write-ups for internal and external audiences, and share them company-wide through Notion and Slack\nTrack feedback and performance data daily, feeding our weekly and monthly insight reports\nMaintain the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs\nBuild relationships and protect trust\nWork with Customer Success to build and maintain access to operators, site managers and decision-makers across customer accounts\nKeep our research tools and practices GDPR-compliant, and keep our consent and data-handling guidance up to date\nWhat you'll bring\nAround 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops\nStrong organisation, and confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders at once\nComfort with workflow tools and dashboards, such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo\nCuriosity about research and a wish to move towards research execution over time\n*We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent.
