This creates a wide variety of complex implementation projects and deployments where strong, cross-functional project management is critical to success.\nWe are seeking an experienced Solution Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of these rollouts - both within Dexory and across customer environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of complex technology and business solutions, delivering on scope, schedule, and quality while driving an exceptional customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of Dexory’s complex solution deployments, from internal scoping through to post-implementation stabilization.\nCoordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Client Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and success measures.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans that account for the technical and operational complexity of complex feature rollouts, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nProactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, escalating and driving resolution where required to protect project outcomes.\nEnsure all workstreams adhere to Dexory’s standards for quality, speed, reliability, and compliance.\nAct as the central point of coordination and communication for internal stakeholders and leadership, providing structured updates and ensuring clarity of ownership.\nCapture learnings from each complex deployment to improve tools, processes, and team efficiency for future implementations.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in solution deployment, IT implementations, or enterprise software rollouts.\nProven track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\nStrong knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration or release management best practices.\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nCompetencies\nStrategic and analytical thinking.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.\nProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset.\nBenefits\nStarting from the interview process and continuing into your career with us, you will be working by our four Operating Principles:\nPerformance: High standards, outstanding results,\nImpact: Big challenges, bigger results\nCommitment: All in, every time\nOne team: One mission, shared success\nJoining our team and company isn't just about expertise; it's about embracing uncertainty with ambition.
