You'll work closely with Finance, IT and our vendors to keep our financial platforms accurate, efficient, and built to support rapid growth.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nOwning and administering our core finance systems (ERP, accounting platform, expense/billing tools), including configuration, upgrades, and day-to-day troubleshooting.\n\nManaging integrations between finance systems and other business tools, ensuring clean, reliable data flows across the stack.\n\nDriving automation of key finance processes (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, month-end close) to reduce manual work as we scale.\n\nMaintaining system controls, user access, and audit trails to support compliance, security, and internal policy requirements.\n\nPartnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into system requirements and deliver fixes or enhancements.\n\nSupporting system migrations, upgrades, and rollouts, including testing and training finance colleagues on new tools and processes.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nSolid hands-on experience with NetSuite.\n\nA track record of improving or automating finance processes, ideally in a fast-moving or scaling environment.\n\nStrong understanding of financial controls, data integrity, and compliance requirements.\n\nComfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external vendors.\n\nGood analytical skills with an eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.\n\nPrior experience in a fintech, tech scale-up, or similarly fast-paced setting is a plus.\n\nWhat you’ll be part of: our values, culture, and behaviours:\nWe are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organisation.
