Now we're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with the founders and help us scale go-to-market, with a strong focus on growth experimentation and using AI and automation to move faster than teams ten times our size.\nYour Role\nAs Founders’ Associate, you’ll operate as an extension of the founding team. You’ll take ambiguous, high-priority problems, turn them into clear plans, and drive them through to measurable outcomes.\nYou’ll identify attractive market segments, build growth systems, run commercial experiments, and translate what we learn into improvements across sales, product, and company strategy.\nYou'll also build the automations that make all of this scalable - we believe in using every tool at our disposal (AI, no-code automation, whatever works) to punch above our weight.\nThis is not a traditional support role. You’ll be trusted with substantial context and responsibility, expected to form your own point of view, and held accountable for results.\nKey Facts\nFull-time position\nStart: ASAP\nLocation: Berlin, in-office at least 4 days per week.\nReport directly to the founders\nPotential progression into a Chief of Staff role as the company and scope grow\nWhat You’ll Own\nRun and iterate on our outbound and lead-generation engine, from target-account strategy and messaging to execution, measurement, and iteration.\nIdentify and prioritize customer segments and ICPs using customer conversations, market research, and quantitative analysis.\nDesign and execute growth experiments across channels, partnerships, events, and creative commercial initiatives, and make clear recommendations based on the results.\nBuild AI-enabled and automated workflows that increase the speed, quality, and scalability of customer research, prospecting, outreach, call analysis, and reporting.\nDevelop decision-ready analyses, operating plans, and materials for strategic company and founder-level decisions.\nAct as a thought partner to the founders: challenge assumptions, identify problems early, and proactively propose solutions.\nWho We’re Looking for\nYou have 1-3 years of high-performance experience in a demanding environment such as a startup, consulting, VC, or finance. We care more about your trajectory and demonstrated ownership than a specific background.\nYou're a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem and find a solution.\nYou are commercially minded. You are curious about customers, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and motivated by building a repeatable growth engine.\nYou're genuinely excited about AI and automation. You've experimented with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or similar, or you're the kind of person who will teach yourself over a weekend.\nYou are comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
