Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company!\n The Chief Engineer responsible for all working matters under the operations and maintenance of building systems at CMI’s customer site in Des Moines, Iowa.\nKey Job Functions\nAct as the onsite first-line Supervisor to O&M staff\nResponsible for the building’s systems including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and supervision of technicians.\nPerforms Preventive Maintenance tasks involving keeping equipment in good working order to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.\nShall be onsite in a full-time capacity and on-call to respond to emergencies.\n High School Diploma\nExperience in supervising and directing building operations and maintenance of equipment for a singular federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet.\nShall possess one or more of the following certifications: 1. North American Technician Excellence (NATE) HVAC Service Technician Certification\n2. HVAC Excellence Professional Level Certification\n3.
