Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company!\n The Facility Project Manager will oversee the daily Operation and Maintenance at CMI’s customer site in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the operation and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water/wastewater systems.\nKey Job Functions\nOversee all day-to-day Operation and Maintenance activities\nEnsure that all performance objectives within this contract are met or exceeded\nEnsure that a sufficient number of qualified employees are on staff to meet all preventative maintenance, service order, and corrective maintenance requirements\nEnsure all reporting is complete and submitted at required intervals or deadlines\nEnsure that the CMMS is kept current, relevant, and accurate\nEnsure proper operation and maintenance of the EMCS and the Fire Alarm system\nEnsure that the employees are properly trained in these systems to ensure a seamless efficient use of the systems\n Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business Management or other related and relevant degree that is applicable to facility management; or no less than 10 years experience as a Project or Operations Manager or Lead Engineer at a government site of at least 438,000 square feet.\nAt least five (5) years of recent (within the past ten years) experience in the management and supervision of facility operations and maintenance at a government site of at least 438,000 square feet. \nDemonstrated skills and knowledge in the management of operation and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water/wastewater systems.\n COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS\nTeamwork\nResults orientation/operational excellence\nHolding self and other accountable\nOperational business thinking\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
