You will work with architects, business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver reliable integrations, reporting, applications, and automations.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes, and translate business needs into effective solutions.\nDesign, build, and support data integrations using APIs, flat files, automation tools, and enterprise platforms.\nStructure, validate, and reconcile data to support reporting, analytics, operational decisions, and reliable downstream processes.\nDesign, build, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and supporting data models.\nDevelop and maintain solutions, applications, and automations using enterprise and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.\nTest, deploy, troubleshoot, and manage solution changes using established version control, release, security, and delivery standards.\nUse AI-assisted tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, development, and documentation while validating and testing generated output.\nDocument solutions and support procedures to enable ongoing support, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer.\n WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nPost-secondary education in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3-5 years of experience in data integration, reporting, business systems, or solution development.\nExperience with data integration, ETL, APIs, Power BI reporting, data modelling, data mapping, and data analysis.\nUnderstanding of relational, cloud, and application data platforms such as Azure SQL, SQL Server, Dataverse, and Azure Storage.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar enterprise data platforms, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.\nUnderstanding of software development, agile delivery, data security, privacy, access control, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.\nStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to take ownership, manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\n WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nBe part of an industry that's more important than ever!\nAward winning safety culture.\nSupportive team environment with room to grow together.\nOnsite Hybrid work model.\nEmployee Referral Program.\nWe are growing!\nCertified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026!\nDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
