Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together - offering both experience and regional expertise so companies can operate their day to day, confidently and successfully.\n WHAT’S THE JOB?\nThe Housekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of guest rooms, dormitories, washrooms, and common areas at a world-class Dexterra camp facility.\nThis project will launch at approximately 500 rooms and scale rapidly to more than 4,000 rooms, requiring Housekeepers who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Lead Housekeeper, you will ensure accommodations remain clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times.\nThis role requires working in a fast-paced, team-based environment with daily room assignments and cleaning checklists.\nYOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE\nCleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and dormitories, including:Making beds and changing linens\nDusting and sanitizing high-touch surfaces\nEmptying garbage and recycling\n\nCleaning and disinfecting washrooms and shower facilities\nSweeping, mopping, and vacuuming hallways, stairwells, and common areas\nCompleting room turn-overs and check-outs according to schedules\nCleaning and sanitizing laundry rooms and public high-touch points\nCollecting, laundering, folding, and restocking towels and linens\nMaintaining a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage areas\nReporting maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor\nFollowing all safety, infection-control, and PPE requirements\nAssisting with additional housekeeping or janitorial tasks as assigned\nWHATS IN IT FOR YOU?\nCollaboration with experienced operations and service delivery teams.\nA remote work location established in the state\nA team focused on safety, service quality, and operational execution.\nWhereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!\nComprehensive U.S. health and welfare benefits are available through employee-paid or employee-contributory plans, with enrollment options based on individual and family coverage needs\n401K Plan - Offered with automatic Enrollment and discretionary Company matching contribution\nWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nPrevious experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning preferred\nExperience in hotel, institutional, workforce accommodations, camp, or lodge environments considered an asset\nKnowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness\nPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35-50 pounds\nWillingness to follow all safety and sanitation procedures\n Dexterra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
