This position provides direct technical oversight, operational leadership, and quality control across site operations, building automation systems, and general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain compliance with contract requirements and Performance Work Statement (PWS) standards.\nKey Job Functions\nOversee the chiller plant, boilers, and kitchen repairs\nSupervise and advise O&M staff\nVerify the completion of all work orders\nEnsure heating and cooling mechanical systems and their equipment and/or components function safely, reliably, efficiently, and economically\nEnsure facility Building Automation System (BAS) are properly maintained and operated within facility operational parameters\nEnsure the Computerized Maintenance Management System is kept current\nRespond to after-hours emergencies from off shift personnel\n Minimum 10 years experience with a crew of 10 or more\nStrong analytical and diagnostic skills to solve operational issues or failures with electrical systems, control systems, fire alarm systems and mechanical systems\nWorking knowledge of theories, principles, practical concepts, systems, and processes related to fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, industry codes, and techniques.\n COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS\nTeamwork\nResults orientation/operational excellence\nHolding self and other accountable\nOperational business thinking\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
