This role provides hands on production leadership while ensuring consistent quality, food safety compliance, and sufficient supply of breakfast menu items to support daily meal service.\nThe Line Cook will support approximately 1000 guests per day and is expected to scale rapidly to service 4,000+ guests per day. The position Line Cook- Breakfast plays is a critical role in maintaining product consistency and availability as operation grows.\nYOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:\nPreparing and cooking all breakfast menu items, including hot and cold offerings such as variety of styles for Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Pancakes, waffles, French toast and variety of breakfast sandwiches and specialty dishes.\nAdhere strictly to recipe adherence to maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all breakfast offerings\nSet up and maintain breakfast stations and buffet lines.\nEnsuring consistent food quality in line with client requirements, including accommodation of special dietary needs\nMinimize waste through proper portioning and production planning.\nMaintaining proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitation throughout the kitchen\nEnsuring compliance with all Food Safe Handlers requirements, HACCP and PCHF principles\nMonitoring food presentation, freshness, and portion control during breakfast service\nAssisting with inventory rotation and effective use of breakfast food stocks\nMaintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation before, during, and after service\nOther duties as assigned\nWHATS IN IT FOR YOU?\nCollaboration with experienced operations and service delivery teams.\nA remote work location established at a Dexterra facility\nA team focused on safety, service quality, and operational execution.\nWhereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!\nComprehensive U.S. health and welfare benefits are available through employee-paid or employee-contributory plans, with enrollment options based on individual and family coverage needs\n401K Plan - Offered with automatic Enrollment and discretionary Company matching contribution\n WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nCulinary degree or certification preferred but not required\nValid Food Handler Card through an ASNI-accredited Provider\nMinimum 4 years of professional line cook experience in a hotel, institutional, remote lodging, or similar high-volume environment\nProven experience preparing and catering for guest volumes of 1500 to 4000\nPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness\n Dexterra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
