Work That Matters, People Who Care.\n WHAT’S THE JOB?\nThe Breakfast Cook is responsible for delighting our clients by preparing and cooking breakfast and other dishes to the highest standards of Dexterra.\nThis position is safety sensitive and requires drug, alcohol and fit to work testing as a condition of employment.\nYour work will include:\nPreparing and cooking breakfast for up to 70 clients\nCreating and following menus to ensure quality of food prepared and served\nWrapping and dating all baked goods in accordance with production schedule\nEnsuring consistent quality standard in over-all food preparation as per clients’ requirements including consideration to special dietary constraints\nEnsuring proper equipment operation, safety and sanitation in the kitchen\nServe and cook hamburgers, fries to order\nComplying with food hygiene regulations in accordance with Food Safety Act\nCleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areas\n WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nFoodSafe Level I is a minimum.
