Work That Matters, People Who Care.\n WHAT'S THE JOB?\nUtility Janitors work a 14 days on 14 days off rotation and are a vital asset to our team and play an integral role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of site. Utility Janitors work with the Lodge Manager to follow the company standards for safety, quality, and site cleanliness.\nClean and sanitize all common areas, including the gym, rec room, boot room and front lobby\nGarbage and recycling collection and removal\nFloor care, including sweeping and mopping\nClean and sanitize all public washrooms\nClean and sanitize management offices as well as the front desk area\nRemoving garbage from dorms and disposing at designated garbage site daily\nCollection, distribution, and management of laundry in camp\nPlanned utility checks on assets in camp \nTroubleshooting utility issues as they arise (plugged toilets, leaky faucets, broken or damaged cosmetic equipment)\nReplacing doorknobs, lightbulbs, and other items as required\nCutting keys and testing keys in all doors as required\nHanging or removing items from walls\nInspecting, cleaning, and replacing filters as required\nTransportation of staff \nOther duties as assigned\n WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nValid G license required\nExperience using light power tools required\nExperience working in busy environments\nAbility to work independently and remain on task\nPrevious hotel or camp experience an asset\nGood oral and written communication skills.\nPush, Pull, Lift up to 50lbs\n WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nBe part of an industry that's more important than ever!\nEmployee Referral Program!\nCareer advancement opportunities.\nWhereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!\nBe #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader.\nDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
