This position goes beyond check-in and check-out and serves as a key support function to site operations through accurate guest data management, occupancy tracking, forecasting, and reporting.\nYou will act as an ambassador for the site, providing outstanding customer service to guests while ensuring administrative accuracy related to guest names, dates of stay, room allocations, and occupancy levels. You will work closely with the Site Managers and operational teams to ensure guest information supports planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.\nYOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE\nWelcoming guests and providing introductory information about the site\nServing as the first point of contact for guest and client inquiries via phone and email\nAllocating guest rooms and issuing room keys and access cards as required\nManaging the check-in and check-out process for all guests\nMaintaining accurate records of guest names, room assignments, and dates of stay\nEnsuring accurate and timely data entry into occupancy and property management systems\nForecasting occupancy levels based on bookings and client schedules\nRunning and distributing occupancy, arrival/departure, and utilization reports\nSupporting site planning through accurate guest and occupancy reporting\nEnsuring database accuracy for room bookings, payments, and multiple data sources\nProviding guests with information on camp rules, policies, and services while gathering feedback\nAssisting with administrative review of safety documentation, time sheets, and maintenance records\nSupporting the preparation of reports using MS Excel and documentation in MS Word\nAssisting the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational support tasks\n WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nCompletion of post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field\nMinimum 1 year of logistics, or hotel guest services and/or administrative experience\nMinimum 1 year of accounting or administrative experience, which can include (but not limited to):Receiving reports\nWork orders\nPayroll data entry\nInvoicing and billing\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate guest and occupancy records\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)\nExperience with Property Management Systems or hospitality software is considered an asset\nStrong customer service skills with a professional, organized, and responsive approach\n Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
