Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point in Edmonton.\nThe Guest Services Agent goes beyond checking in and out. You are responsible for acting as an ambassador by providing outstanding customer service to clients and assisting the Lodge Manager with all levels of administrative duties.\nThis position is safety sensitive and requires drug, alcohol and fit to work testing as a condition of employment.\nYour work will include:\nWelcoming and providing introductory information to clients\nServe as the first point of contact for any inquiries related to site and client matters; either through e-mail or phone\nAllocating guests rooms and issuing room keys and cards\nManaging the check-in, check-out process for clients\nEnsuring accurate database entry for room bookings and payments, as well as multiple data entry\nProviding information about the camp, its rules and policies as well as soliciting client feedback\nAssisting in the review of various paperwork such as safety documents, time sheets, and site related maintenance\nAssisting in the completion of reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nEnjoy excellent work-life balance with a 20 days on/10 days off or 14 days on/7 days off rotation depending on site placement.\nExtended health and dental benefits that are 80% covered.\nWhereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!\nBe #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader.\nFollow Dexterra Group on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.\n WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nCompletion of post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business Administration\nMinimum of 1 year hotel guest service agent and/or administrative experience is required\nMinimum of 6 months experience in a remote lodge setting\nMinimum of 1 year accounting experience that includes, but is not limited to; LEMS, receiving reports, work orders, payroll data entry\nIntermediate proficiency with MS Office suite and any Property Management software - knowledge of Logistiks software is considered an asset\nSuccessful candidate MUST obtain a 80% make or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)\n Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
