Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company!\n The O&M On-Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment at CMI’s customer site in Des Moines, Iowa.\nKey Job Functions\nResponsible for the accuracy and completeness of all work performed.\nCheck work orders and after-hours reports for any assignment to be completed\nPerform/facilitate PM work orders\nMonitor and maintaining building equipment\nPerform QC inspections and produce QC reports\nOversee/manage third-party QC inspections (VTE)\nPerform inspections of building equipment and systems\nPerform general maintenance to common/public areas\nPerform service requests as assigned\nAssist in all phases of repair work\nAssist other engineering personnel as instructed by the PM\nAssure proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all tools\nRecord various aspects of system operations, service activities in the NCMMS\nSchedule and review routine inspections (rounds) of mission critical equipment\nOrder supplies, parts, and equipment necessary to support repair, maintenance and preventive maintenance functions\nPerform other related duties as required\n High School Diploma\nShall possess at least 3 years of recent experience in directing operation and maintenance of assets in a supervisory capacity for a singular federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet.\nExperience supervising maintenance and building operations staff\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS\nTeamwork\nResults orientation/operational excellence\nHolding self and other accountable\nOperational business thinking\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCMI is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
