Full training and development are provided, if you are proactive, take pride in your work and enjoying working in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you.\nMain Purpose of the Role: Assist the design team in producing accurate and detailed floor plans and lease plans for marketing and operational purposes within agreed timescales. Provide additional quality control to ensure all design work is completed to consistent, high standards.\nSalary: Commission based £26,400 - 35,000 OTE\nLocation: Dexters Islington\nHours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30pm\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.\n\nEnsure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.\n\nConsistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.\n\nLiaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company & standards.\n\nCollaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.\n\nTake on additional design work as required including:\n\nPhoto editing.\n\nTelephone/Email.\n\nQuality Control for other design assets.\n\nRequirements\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.\n\nHighly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nPunctual, professional, and well-presented.\n\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.\n\nAbility to work well both independently and as part of a team.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n\nDesirable\n- Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) -
